I received the Guided Meditation CD. It is excellent and I have been enjoying it for the last few days. I'm a computer consultant and often feel significant stresses associated with my job. I plan to bring the CD with me in my travels to assist in relaxing at the end of the day and letting go of its stresses. Chris

My CD has now arrived and I am very pleased with it. You have certainly achieved the right balance between leading the meditations and allowing enough time between your speech so that it is not too intrusive. It will certainly give me the discipline I need to be more effective when I meditate at home in between my visits to the Buddhist Centre in Glasgow. Iain
